1. meticulous use of scissor with cautery: cauterise visible vessels & then cut to have bloodless field of surgery.
2. Two instruments for surgery: Scissor & Grasper
3. First do medial dissection beyond midline. Then sac dissection and lastly lateral dissection
4. Pull approach to mobilise upper peritoneal flap
