2. Dissection of Hepatoduodenal Ligament
3. Pancreatic Transection by surgical blade
4. Closure of Window of Ligaments of Treitz (10.05 minute)
5. PJ: 5-0 Vicryl. No internal stent, (10.30 minute), starting close to mesentry.
6. HJ: Thick wall duct: 4-0 vicryl, continuous, Thin wall duct: 5-0 vicryl, interrupted. Non stented.
7. Drainage: JP drain, one around biliary anastomosis, another around PJ anastomosis.
8. FJ is not routinely placed.
